What's the first step and how do I get started? To get started, simply call us directly or book a free demonstration on our website. We will have you up and running in as little as five business days from the day you sign up!
Are there any hidden fees or costs? No, we only charge a one-time setup fee for the first year. From the second year onward you only pay the monthly hosting charge.That's it. We take care of your domain registration or transfer, hosting, email, setup and training. (Additional training is extra.)
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Mastercard, Visa and Personal or Business Checks. Credit card transacions are processed securely through our online order forms.
Am I on a contract or do I have to subscribe for a certain time period? Yes. Our initial fee includes the first year hosting charges.
Do I own the site? When you sign up with ICT Studio, the domain name remains yours! ICT Studio grants you a non-exclusive license to use our design. The web application remains the property of ICT Studio and is not transferrable off our web hosting server.
Is there a cancellation fee? No. And partial refunds are not available.
Are these web designs templates? All our designs are individual, however they are based on a structured approach.
Are there banner ads or pop up advertisements on my sites? No. There no banner or pop up adds on your site.
What if I don't have a logo? We can provide this service to you at very competitive rates!
How many images can I have? You may add as many as you'd like through your control panel as part of your package, however there is a limit to the disk space and monthly traffic available under each package.
Can I have custom packages? Absolutely! contact our sales department for custom estimates on your project!
Once I'm set up, can you help me with the control panel? Yes! We'll provide you with full customer support for the administrative control panel.
I already have a domain name and host. Can I still use your service? Our packages run off our local Dublin based servers. All that is needed is a simple transfer of your domain to our servers, something we can easily handle for you. You can initiate your domain transfer during our sign up process.
I already registered my domain. Will the setup fee be reduced? No. The setup fee covers more then just your domain registration. It includes your account, hosting and control panel setup.
Can you set up my current website so I can manage it? Yes! Contact us today for an estimate on setting up your site! Please provide us with your web address so we can review your current site.
Does it matter if I have a Macintosh? Currently, the page editor of our control panel does not work for Macintosh. Your best bet is to try out our Demo to see if the page editor works on your system.
Do you offer web promotion services? Yes! Once your site is completed. Please contact us for an estimate on promoting your site to the major search engines.
Do I need to know any HTML, FTP, JAVA or Internet programming? Not at all! If you can type in a word processor, you can add content to your website.
Is my website backed-up? Yes! Our servers are automatically backed up nightly to a remote location.
Can I upgrade or add customized features to my site? Yes! If your needs require customization (message board, real estate packages, shopping cart, etc.), we would be glad to add these features to your site. Contact us today for an estimate on your needs.
